Frequent Ask Questions
1.Q:What is your Payment term?
A: 30% deposit is required once order is confirmed, and the balance 70% needs to be settled before shipment / ex-factory. All payment would be done through MIC system, here accept all sorts of payment methods.
2.Q:How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Each sample will be charged TWICE of the final FOB quoted (excluding freight charges and Taxation). Sample charges will be refunded once order is confirmed with a specific order quantity.
3.Q:What is our production lead time?
A: Normally it takes about 20-30 days if no specific yarns are required. The actual lead time can be quoted base on your requirements.
4.Q:Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half folded and flat packed into a PE polybag, saying 10-20pcs (the exact quantity is depended on the garment weight) per export carton. And our trade term is mainly in FOB Shenzhen, other trade terms can be further discussed case by case.
